The machine shut down

What the screen says

The game process exited on the machine, which ends the session whether or not you were playing.

2 things to try

1. Select Go again. That starts a fresh machine from nothing, so expect the longer launch.
2. Check your progress when the game loads. Anything the game had not saved before it stopped is gone, the same as a crash on a computer at home.
1. Press play on a different title. If that one runs, the problem is the game rather than the machine and we want to know.
2. Select No, tell us, include W2-03 and the title, and say what you were doing when it stopped.
