About
Three billion peopleplay games. Most are locked outof the best ones.
A capable rig costs more than a month's rent. One modern shooter downloads 150 gigabytes before you press play. And cloud gaming only works if you happen to live near a data center. Walter exists to delete all three.

of that needed on Walter. The rig is ours, the screen is yours.
The story
The fix is simple.
Building it is not.
01 · The fix
Run the game somewhere else.
Every game on Walter runs on a real gaming rig with a serious GPU. Just not yours. Press play and a rig nearby wakes up with the game already installed, runs it at full quality, and streams the picture to your browser while your clicks travel back the other way.
The whole trick is that round trip. Keep it under a few dozen milliseconds and your hands cannot tell the game is running somewhere else. In testing we sit at 10 to 20 milliseconds on a good connection. Your screen does the showing, our rig does the sweating.
02 · The catch
Distance is the enemy.
Streaming pixels is easy. Streaming them fast enough for a headshot is hard. Every kilometer between you and the rig adds delay, and delay is what your hands feel first. The big clouds park their GPUs in a handful of data centers and hope you live near one. Most of the world does not.
Running those buildings is also brutally expensive, and 2026 showed where that bill lands. GeForce NOW capped play time at 100 hours a month. Amazon Luna cut its library down. Prices went up across the board. The player always pays for the architecture. We keep score on the blog.
03 · The moat
So we built it the other way around.
Walter runs on rigs spread across the map instead of stacked in one building. Close to players, in the places the big clouds never reach. Growing the network does not start with breaking ground on a data center. It means adding rigs where the players are, one by one.
We have been building it since 2020, from a lockdown living room to a network that earned the EU Seal of Excellence. Copying the software is doable. Copying seven thousand rigs across twenty regions is the part that takes six years.

04 · The plan
Start small. Earn every title.
Today Walter is an early alpha with a short and honest lineup. Counter-Strike 2 and Warframe are live. Every new title gets played on real devices in the lab before it ships, and the network keeps growing underneath.
The goal is simple to say and hard to do: the games people actually want, on every screen they already own, for the three billion people who play. That is the whole company.

Walter runs on YOM, a network of gaming rigs closer to players than the big clouds reach. Faster, cheaper, and it grows with the people who run it.
