The game never started

What the screen says

This may mean Steam was still updating the title when it was told to launch it.

2 things to try

1. Select Go again.
2. Give this one the full three minutes. If Steam was mid-update, the second attempt is often slower and then works.
1. Go to Browse and press play on a different title.
2. If that one runs, the first title is the problem. Select No, tell us and name it.
3. If that one gives W3-01 too, it is the Steam sign in rather than the game. Sign out on the stream and back in, and tick Remember me.
