Walter could not reach a machine

What the screen says

This usually means the machines near you dropped offline in the last few minutes.

2 things to try

1. Wait 60 seconds. Machines come back on their own, and trying immediately picks from the same short list.
2. Select Go again.
3. If the same code comes back, wait 5 minutes before the next try.
1. Open the status page, linked at the bottom of every help article.
2. If a region is listed as down, yours is on that list and there is nothing to do but wait.
3. If everything reads normal and you have had three failures in a row, select No, tell us and include W1-02.
