How to stop, pause, or get your money back
All three live in the same place: your account, then Settings.
3 things to try
Use this if you are going away rather than leaving.
- Go to your account and select Plan, card and account settings.
- Find Your plan and select Pause a month.
- Nothing is charged next month and the plan starts again by itself on the date shown.
Note Your credits stay where they are and your weekly run keeps counting.
- Go to Settings and find Your plan.
- Select Stop my plan.
- Read the last day on the confirmation. You keep the month you have already paid for and can play right up to that date.
- Confirm.
Note The free title of the fortnight still plays after that, without a plan.
This applies for fourteen days from the day you started, and it is a right rather than an offer.
- Go to Settings and find Changing your mind. It shows the date the fourteen days end and the amount.
- Select Mail us for the refund, or write to support@walter.gg from the address on that page. One line is enough.
- Your access ends the same day, which is the difference between this and stopping.
Worth knowing None of the three touches your Steam account, your games or your saves. Walter never had them.
